She holds a certificate on Valuation and Concurrent Audit from ICAI. She has experience in handling Audits, Financial Due Diligence, Business Valuation, Project Financing, Transfer Pricing Study, and Business Restructuring. She has also been a team member for customization of Finance and Accounts Module for a multilocational electricity generation company.

She is a Registered Valuer under Section 247 of the Companies Act 2013 for the asset class Securitiesor Financial Assets conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017.

She has also qualified the Insolvency Examination in December 2017 conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.

She has international work exposure in US Taxation in a CPA firm in New York and was a part of drafting Standard Operating Procedures for the biggest cement manufacturing company in Sokoto, Nigeria.

She is a speaker on various topics of Valuation at the Institution of Estate Managers and Appraisers (ESMA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

Dipti Kharbanda has been associated with NHPC Limited for more than 14 years. She retired from NHPC Limited as General Manager before joining KGRS & Co in the year 2021

Rabin qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1975 and started his career with S . R Batliboi . He has more than 35 years of post qualification experience in the field of auditing, corporate law and taxation, Budgeting, Costing etc.

Rubiya is a Fellow Chartered Accountant serving KGRS & Co. since its inception. She is a graduate from Goenka College Commerce and Business Administration, University of Calcutta. She is DISA qualified and is engaged in SUN ERP System implementation and post implementation accounting support. She overlooks smooth transition of outgoing local accounts team and incoming accounting support and conducted training programs to help implement Sun Systems organisation wide.

She has provided onsite accounting support and training in various countries across the globe.

Paromita is an expert on IND AS implementation under Companies Act and has successfully completed course on IND AS conducted by ICAI. She provides assurance services to corporate clients in various industry sectors and non-profit organisations. She has been a team member of various financial and risk management audits and independent statutory (external) financial audits of commercial and public sector organisations. She holds a Certificate on Non-Profit Organisations from ICAI and specializes on critical issues regarding NPOs. Rajendra qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1986 . Before joining KGRS & Co he worked in Coal India Limited. He has a vast experience in accounting in PSUs and manufacturing companies. He specializes in Coal and Bank audits.

Saptarshi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011 and is now a fellow member of the ICAI. He is also DISA qualified.

A graduate from Goenka College of Commerce and Administration (Calcutta Univ.), Saptarshi has diverse work experience in varied fields including Indian and International Accounting , Audit and Direct and Indirect Taxation. He specialises in analyzing financial statements, financial modelling, Sales analysis, preparation of project reports, monitoring and managing cash flows, direct and indirect tax matters, preparation of various accounting books and ensuring compliance of the financial statements with all statutory norms. He has played an active role in numerous auditing assignments.

Anshu is a chartered accountant with more than 5 years of experience .

She has indepth knowledge in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Rules and Regulations and heads the KGRS’s IBC support team. She had headed the IBC team in handling more than 10 assignments at various levels of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and Liquidation .

She has also been engaged in valuation and consultancy assignments of various companies.

She possesses exposure in handling internal audits of various banks, stock broking houses, Mutual funds, NBFCs and big corporate houses.

She is a Bcom gradudate from University of Calcutta and had extensive exposure in statutory and internal audit of various listed companies , NBFCs and large corporates during her internship in G.P Agrawal & Co, Chartered Accountants. She has successfully completed Certificate Course on Anti Money Laundering Laws (ICAI).
